Alyssa truly fell in love with the practice of Yoga in 2017. At this time she was trying to find a way to get healthier physically, but ended up finding the mental and spiritual benefits kept calling her back to the mat. Yoga became a constructive outlet to cope with her anxiety and depression along with helping her cultivate the self love she was also missing. Yoga helped her navigate the journey of finding herself, the transition to motherhood, and all the stresses that came with working full time in healthcare during a global pandemic.
