What is the cost?
For complete details on class pricing, visit our pricing page. We have a range of options for one time, multiple times, and unlimited visitors.
Are masks required?
Masks are NOT required, however if you feel comfortable wearing one, go for it!
How many classes are there?
Right now there are about 25 classes per week, for accurate class information, visit our scheduling page.
Can I drop into a class without membership?
Yes, we are now accepting drop-in registation for in-studio classes. Please note that capacity is limited and classes may fill up or be cancelled due to low attendance, so pre-registration is recommended.
Where are you located?
We are located at 409 canal st Plantsville CT 06479. We are in the same building as The Network Salon and Kinsmen Brewing Co. Also known as the Clarks Brothers building.
Are the classes heated?
Yes, the space is heated and kept around 70 degrees. The space also have sufficient ventilation for clean air.
Do I need to register?
Yes, we ask that you create a MindBody account before coming in. MindBody is our scheduling and software suite to ensure you have a better scheduling experience.
What if I am late?
To provide the best experience possible we cannot allow late attendees to come into class. If it's your first class we will let you in but after that please show up early to not disturb opening meditation
Is membership required?
No, you may access any of our classes using class cards or single class fees. Registration on our website/MINDBODY app is required to reserve/attend a class, however. You can create a MindBody account on the registration page.
Will I be on video?
No, right now we do not perform any live videos for classes and are all in-studio. If we ask to take an image and or video of you, you will be notified and have the opportunity to say no.
