The Network Yoga Studio Policies

IMPORTANT UPDATE: PLEASE CANCEL CLASS 2 HOURS PRIOR TO AVOID LOSING A CLASS/NO-SHOW FEES

At the Network Yoga we value respect your boundaries just as much as we value health and kindness. Being a part of our studio requires courtesy and respect to our teachers, staff and fellow students. We take pride in offering a lot of classes on our schedule and do our best never to cancel a class due to low attendance and will always have a class even if only one person signs up. In order to provide this level of dedication to our students, we require firm policies to protect our teachers and studio from no-shows and last minute cancellations.

No Show Policy:

No-shows for monthly unlimited incur a $10 no-show fee applied to their account

No-shows for class card holders will lose a class on their class card

Please respect your teacher, fellow students and the studio by not no-showing!

Last Minute Cancellation Policy for Class Cards:

Please give 2 hours notice before cancelling a class reservation. You can cancel on the Mindbody App up to 2 hours before class begins. Last minute cancellations (less than 2 hours before class) will lose a class on their class card. If you can’t make it to a class at the last minute due to an emergency, please call the studio at 860-426-3642 and let us know you cant make it. This gives people a chance on the waitlist to get here.

The Network Yoga Liability Release Form [updated 3/31/25]

Waiver and Release of Liability

I am participating in the Yoga Vinyasa Class/Workshop, offered by The Network Yoga, LLC, during which I will receive information and instruction about yoga and health. I recognize that yoga may require some physical exertion, which may be strenuous and may cause physical injury, and I am fully aware of the risks and hazards involved.

I understand that it is my responsibility to consult with a physician prior to and regarding my participation in the Power Yoga class or Workshop. I represent and warrant that I am physically fit and that I have no medical condition which would prevent my full participation in the Power Yoga Class/Workshop.

In consideration of being permitted to participate in the Yoga or Fitness Class/Workshop, I agree to assume full responsibility for any risks, injuries, or damages, known or unknown, which I might incur as a result of participating in the program.

I understand that The Network Yoga provides shared equipment for participant use and follows strict cleaning protocols; however, I acknowledge there is a risk of exposure to bacteria, viruses, fungi, or other microorganisms. By using shared equipment, I voluntarily assume this risk, agree to clean items before and after use, and release The Network Yoga from any liability related to health concerns or conditions arising from shared equipment.

In further consideration of being permitted to participate in the Yoga Class/Workshop, I knowingly, voluntarily, and expressly waive any claim I may have against The Network Yoga, LLC., its owners, and the class/workshop sponsor, for any injury or damages that I may sustain as a result of participating in the program.

Cancellation Policy:

I acknowledge and agree to the cancellation policy outlined by The Network Yoga. Specifically, I understand that I must provide at least 120 minutes’ notice when canceling a class. Failure to do so will result in a $10 cancellation fee for those with a Monthly Unlimited Membership, or the loss of a class for those using a Class Card.

I further understand that The Network Yoga reserves the right to update or modify this waiver and cancellation policy at any time. In such cases, I will be notified via email of any changes.

I, my heirs, or legal representatives, forever release, waive, discharge, and covenant not to sue The Network Yoga, LLC., its owners, instructors, and affiliates for any liability, claims, demands, or causes of action arising from my participation in the yoga classes or workshops.

I have read the above release and waiver of liability, as well as the Refund/Cancellation and Make-Class Policies, and fully understand their contents. I voluntarily agree to the terms and conditions stated above.
