Youth Wellness Series
Our Youth Wellness Series is a fun and supportive 5-week program designed to help kids in grades 5–8 explore movement, mindfulness, and fitness. Each week introduces a new activity—like yoga, pilates, and barre—led by certified instructors. It’s a great way for students to build confidence, reduce stress, and stay active in a welcoming environment.

The Schedule
Each Monday from 4:00–4:45 PM, students will explore a different wellness activity in our 5-week series. From Pilates to piggy yoga, every class offers something new, fun, and accessible for kids in grades 5–8. All equipment is provided, and caregivers are welcome to relax in our cozy lobby.
