YOGA

Shariyah's journey with yoga began in 2017 when she was seeking a self-care practice that was both physically and mentally empowering. She found that yoga offered a serene space to calm the mind, body, and spirit. Shariyah started teaching and practicing yoga with at-risk youth in Connecticut, where she developed a deep passion for creating spaces that uplift and empower others. In 2022, she earned her 200-hour Vinyasa training from Prana Yoga Studio in La Jolla, California.


When she's not teaching, Shariyah loves spending time outdoors. She has recently traveled across the country, exploring various state and national parks. She also enjoys cuddling with her three fur babies, reading, trying out new restaurants with loved ones, and watching sports with friends and family.
