Samantha Jones has been practicing yoga for 7 years and teaching for 5. She specializes in YIN, Restorative, and gentle yoga styles, creating a calm and nurturing environment for her students. Passionate about breath work, Samantha believes in yoga‘s transformative power to heal not only the physical body, but also inner wounds, helping students find balance and inner peace through a mindful practice.
