Mary has been practicing yoga for over 25 years and completed her 200-hour Yoga Teacher Training in 2022. Since then, teaching yoga has become her passion. She loves sharing the profound impact that yoga has had on her—physically, mentally, and emotionally.
With a background in mental health, Mary firmly believes in the mind-body connection. She has witnessed firsthand how yoga can be transformative, not just for the body but also for mental well-being and peace of mind.
Mary offers both dynamic flows and gentler practices, always linking breath (pranayama) with movement (asana). Her mixed-level and gentle classes are designed to be inclusive, welcoming everyone regardless of experience. She strives to provide challenges while encouraging students to listen to their bodies, ensuring that each practice is unique and personal.
