Yoga for Beginners: Yoga Basics

Deep Healing Yin
Unwind with our 60-min YIN Practice—optimal stretching, relaxation. Deep connective tissue targeted, promoting circulation, mobility. Discover the sweet spot of each pose, embrace stillness, and experience profound healing.
Prenatal Yoga
Uplifting flow for expecting people. Relieve tension, strengthen muscles for labor. Guided meditations, breathing techniques, and connections with other parents-to-be. No experience needed. Partners/friends kindly refrain from attending to create a safe space.
Group Reiki + Sound Healing
Join our group Reiki experience for stress reduction, relaxation, and healing. Discover Holy Fire® Reiki, guided meditation, and harmonic sound bath with crystal singing bowls, Koshi chimes, and Tibetan tingsha cymbals.
Barre
Barre fitness: Low impact, hybrid workout combining ballet, Pilates, dance, yoga, and strength training. Utilizes ballet barre, plies, static stretches, and high reps of small range movements. All levels welcome!
Yoga Sculpt with Weights
Elevate your yoga practice with a fusion of traditional flows and strength moves. Increase strength, flexibility, and endurance using hand weights and body weight. Enjoy a heart-pumping workout, followed by a yoga cool down and savasana. This high-energy, calorie-burning class challenges and invigorates mind, body, and soul. Modifications provided for all levels.
Zen Blend (All Levels)
End your week with our Candlelight Yoga class—a blend of Yin, Vinyasa & Restorative Yoga. Invigorating, relaxing & deeply restoring experience. Begin with Restorative pose, deep stretching, flow sequence, and closing with restorative pose. Find balance and rejuvenation in this 90-minute class.
Cardio Kickboxing
Sweat it out with our Cardio Kickboxing class. Combining dynamic kickboxing combos and repeater sets using light hand weights. Put on your sneakers and get ready for an intense workout!
Monday Motivation (All Levels)
Kickstart your week with Monday Motivation—a 60-min all-levels flow to combat Monday blues. Align movement with breath, joyful poses, and inspiring music. Leave energized, inspired, and accomplished. All levels welcome!
Power Hour Yoga
Join our invigorating 60-min Vinyasa class to build heat, endurance, and strength. Start with meditation and stretching, followed by a powerful yoga flow. End with a meditative Savasana for a complete mind-body experience.
Zumba
Experience the ultimate dance fitness party with Zumba! Join us for a calorie-burning interval-style workout, combining low and high-intensity moves. Get a total workout with cardio, muscle conditioning, balance, flexibility, and a serious dose of awesome. Sweat it out and leave class feeling energized!
Slow Flow Gentle
Unwind with our gentle, slow-paced practice. Emphasizing breath and quiet reflection, find flexibility, relaxation, and calm in body, mind, and nervous system. Guided meditation or yoga nidra often included.
Hardcore HIIT & Stretch
Join our 60-min calorie-burning, strengthening, and cardio class. Long intervals for maximum burn. Finish with a 15-min stretch. Wear sneakers and get ready to sweat!
Qi Gong
Enhance your yoga and fitness practice with Qi Gong—an ancient method to cultivate healthy energy and improve wellbeing. Join Andi for a beginner-friendly session. No experience necessary, all fitness levels welcome. Experience deep calm and joy after each session.
